Do you travel outside of Sydney?

Yes! We do travel for weddings out of Sydney. We quote based on the distance required to travel to your location and whether or not our team will need to stay overnight. Just let us know where your wedding is and we can provide you with a quote.

Do you take video only bookings out of Sydney?

We are unable to take bookings that require travel from Sydney for videography only during March to April and September to November.

How long do we have our photographer and videographer for?

Our packages include a photographer and cinematographer for a full 12 hour day. This generally covers your preparations until all the formalities are completed at your reception and the team have plenty of footage of your guests being silly on the dance floor!

What is digital delivery? Do we get a DVD?

Welcome to the new age of digital delivery. No DVDs, no USB drives. We’ll create a digital gallery for you to download all your high resolution print ready photographs instantly.

How long will it take for you to deliver my photos and video?

We take great pride in our work and spend lots of time perfecting your photographs and film. In saying this our average turn around is approximately 2-4 weeks.

How do you capture all the preparations if there is only one photographer and videographer?

Generally, we will start by heading to the Groom’s preparation location and spend about 1 hour there. We’ll get shots of the boys getting into their suits and then head to the girls for 1.5 hours to get make-up and hair touch ups and the big dress reveal. Following that we’ll stick with you for the rest of the day.

How do we secure the date with you? And when does full payment have to be made?

We require a non-refundable deposit of $800 to secure your booking upfront. After that, the remaining amount can be paid at any point up until 2 weeks before your wedding.

Do I need more than one photographer or videographer?

We have a little saying here: “If you need two photographers or videographers, the first one isn’t good enough”. Unless you have over 300 guests or more or there is a over an hour distance between your two preparation locations we advise that only one photographer or cinematographer is necessary.

How far ahead should I book with you?

As soon as you have your date get in touch with us! Not to toot our own trumpet, but we book out pretty quickly so it’s good to get in early!
